The litigation comes after many attempts to resolve concerns over laws that Cleveland Heights not only allowed to remain on their books, but also posted signs at their parks that continue to imply it is illegal to be armed. The City of Cleveland Heights has chosen to ignore our attempts at civil discourse. OFCC Launches Attorney Directory!

As a gun owner, you never know when you might need to find an attorney who can represent you. Many experts recommend you find and establish a relationship with an attorney before you need one, particularly when it comes to self-defense.

One of the most common requests Ohioans For Concealed Carry receives is regarding how to find a pro-gun attorney. With that in mind, we have created a directory to help you find an attorney who might suit your needs. This Directory is intended only as a guide for locating counsel, and should not be considered an endorsement by Ohioans For Concealed Carry of any of the attorneys listed.

We strongly encourage you to sit down and meet with any attorney you're considering hiring. We recommend that you consider more than just one attorney to be sure you find the right fit. It is a very common practice for an attorney to sit down with you and discuss your needs briefly free of charge. If you're serious about pursuing an attorney we encourage you to research anyone who you might need to defend you.

This service is provided to all Ohio gun owners free of charge, and we invite any pro-gun attorney to submit their listing, also free of charge.
