Today, President Obama signed the "credit card holders' bill of rights" legislation, which included an amendment to remove the ban on carrying concealed firearms in National Parks provided a person has a concealed handgun license and the state in which the park is located allows it.

The rule change will take effect in February of next year, and the ban remains in effect until then.
