It is OFCC's belief that you may not carry a concealed firearm in a restaurant that serves alcohol, period, since the establishment has a Class D permit and dispenses. Your intention or desire to actually consume alcohol has absolutely nothing to do with this restriction. While a restaurant such as The Ground Round has a separate 'bar' and restaurant area typically will not impact this restriction since you can be served alcohol at the table.
