Per state law, no. There is no state law that prohibits carrying a firearm openly. However, there are numerous local ordinances that still prohibit open carry. Since the Ohio Supreme Court has stated that open carry is a fundamental right those ordinances could be challenged, but there is no guarantee that you would win -- and this is NOT a suggestion that you try. Before you carry openly anywhere, speak with your local law enforcement and research the law.
