Michael Neal Pemberton may become the next Patrick Feely, but only time will tell. Mr. Pemberton was caught by the Ohio State Patrol
while parked along I-75 during foggy conditions. He tells the story best, so read on if you're interested in what is likely to become a very interesting battle or plea bargain. |

In a Jan. 13 letter to the editors of the Cleveland Plain Dealer Lois Goulder suggested that John Ashcroft endosed a right-to-carry referendum which will make it possible for convicted criminals to carry concealed firearms. It's people like Toby Hoover (see below) who convince people of this silly mentality when it comes to right to carry reform laws... You can find the rebuttal right here and the original above. (or Read on for the text of the rebuttal) The Cleveland Plain Dealer editors have the power to edit such letters -- So why don't they remove the lies?

You can read the letter by reading on, or look for it on The Beacon Journal website. Want to respond? Letters to the Editor go here. |

This is not that new of an article, but is quite simply the finest argument in favor of the Second Amendment that I have ever read. This should be required reading for all of our government officials.
