Capitol Gate has a rather in-depth analysis of HB274 legislation. The FOP has finally made it clear (as we always expected) that they probably won't accept HB274 even if the sub-committee guts the bill. We've seen a list of requirements that the FOP supposedly wants inserted into the legislation which included mandatory safe storage, discretionary permit issuance, and many other unrelated or unacceptable provisions they know they'll never see. Police barricade: The Ohio FOP remains opposed to the House's concealed weapons bill
