My son Michael Neal Pemberton was Charged with CCW only and not Interstate transportation of firearm, he spent a week in jail, The state of Ohio is holding his Guns and his GA. Permit, He was appointed a public defender which hasn' t done much as of yet, he was financially unable to atain a good criminal Lawyer, case has at this time been bound over to the Grand jury so don't know what is going to happen yet, We would appreciate all the public support we can get from all Ohioans who still LOVE the United States of America and believe in our Constitution. Ohio State Patrol officers shot and killed a man on the Ohio Turnpike in Portage County on December 30th, 2000. The man was originally thought to be drunk or high and as This Cleveland Plain Dealer Story clarifies the original call for help came from a terrified motorist with children. |

My son (M. Pemberton) goes in front of a judge today in Allen Co. Ohio has charged him with CCW and interstate transportation of a firearm while driving through Ohio. He has a valid permit in his home state of Georgia where he went through a extensive background check before receiving his permit. |
