Colorado Passes, Governor Signs, Concealed Carry Reform PDF Print E-mail

The Denver Post has a great article announcing that their Governor, Bill Owens, signed two bills enacting concealed carry in the State of Colorado.

Owens said Senate Bill 24 provides a uniform standard for the issuance of a right-to-carry permit. He said the other bill will help resolve confusion on the sale, possession of carrying firearms.
