This associated press story on the Plain Dealer Website has no real relationship to firearms in any way. Maybe it's time the State of Ohio require a 5-day waiting period on Michael Jordan shoes like this. Purchasers will need to fill out a form and have a backround check performed on them. If it's found that they have ever been involved in a "shoe buying frenzy" their purchase will be refused. Then, we'll need to proceed to sue the manufacturer, Nike and Michael Jordan, for producing such a "dangerous product" that places the public mall shopper in danger. Maybe, if we're lucky, we can bankrupt them out of business with frivilous lawsuits. (Sorry, it's a slow news day :-)
