| The Richmond Heights Police Chief is being printed in just about every newspaper in Ohio. His flawed logic is typical of the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police. Their arrogant position appears to be clear: Cops can have guns on or off duty, but the subjects of the State of Ohio may not.
