Ohioans For Concealed Carry today released a statement regarding the Cincinnati Ohio Police Chief Tom Streicher domestic violence restraining order. Based on The Lautenburg Act of 1996 which amended the Gun Control Act of 1968 Streicher may not own a firearm until he is found not guilty or charges are dropped.
