Representative Jamie Callender has introduced House Bill 192 with thirty-one co-sponsors to stop the frivilous lawsuits against gun
manufactures originating in Ohio! If you're not familiar with this issue anti-gun cities (ie: mayors) and other politicians are using the resources of anti-gun groups and tax payer funds to sue the gun industry out of business or to "force" them to make guns with james bond technology. DATES: Sponsor testimony is today Wednesday April 4th at 10:00 before the Civil and Commercial Law committee. Proponent testimony (the first time you can speak) is April 25th, 2001 -- If you attend these hearings please wear an OFCC denim shirt!
