Ohio House Representative Tom Brinkman (R-Cincinnati) has introduced a bill that would amend Ohio's Concealed Handgun License law to something similar to what the State of Alaska passed recently. Although a thorough analysis needs to be done, Ohio House Bill 91 appears to be a good beginning towards addressing some of the problems associated with current Ohio law. As with all of the concealed carry reform bills that have been or that are about to be introduced, we will watch HB91's progress carefully.
