| The new Senate Bill 130, which was introduced this week, is now available online in electronic format. (HTML). This bill is nearly identical to the poorly written HB274, introduced by Rep. Aslanides in the Ohio House. Although we have not reviewed the entire language of this Senate Bill we remain opposed to HB274 until many of the restrictions are fixed. We do not support a discretionary permit system. |
