Commentary by Larry S. Moore, OFCC Senate District 10 Coordinator: In just slightly over a month the same UDF store at Linden Avenue in Riverside (Dayton) has been robbed twice. The first story reported by OFCC noted the robber was bold and did not hide his face. The latest robbery is being reported by WHIO-TV. It was a break-in smash and grab type. According to the report the robber fled in a red Camaro but later wrecked while fleeing. Apparently the robber lost the car and the cigarettes. No report on whether the car was stolen. UDF has steadfastly refused to remove the discriminatory no guns signs in spite of pressure from many concealed carry license holders across the state. Maybe now UDF should consider posting "No Rocks" signs to deter smash and grab robberies. Or maybe they should post signs saying, "We were robbed last month please pick on a different store this month! Related Story: Riverside No Guns UDF Robbed |
