My son Michael Neal Pemberton was Charged with CCW only and not Interstate transportation of firearm, he spent a week in jail, The state of Ohio is holding his Guns and his GA. Permit, He was appointed a public defender which hasn' t done much as of yet, he was financially unable to atain a good criminal Lawyer, case has at this time been bound over to the Grand jury so don't know what is going to happen yet, We would appreciate all the public support we can get from all Ohioans who still LOVE the United States of America and believe in our Constitution.
