Columbus NBC Channel 4 is reporting a Key Bank in Dublin was robbed Saturday by a white male carrying a kitchen knife in an obviously threatening manner. Luckily, according to the story, no customers were in the bank when this took place, or they'd have seen the man in the photo to the left of this story. (Bank Surveillance Photo, source: nbc41.com story) Had they startled him, one can only imagine what could have taken place. (Click 'READ MORE' to continue) From the story: According to the FBI, the man immediately jumped over the counter and threatened employees with the knife and demanded money....While its likely this opportunist waited for the bank to be empty, any one of us could have walked in on a situation like this. It is for these reasons that banks should never be posted "Criminal Protection Zones", and nobody in Ohio should bank with an establishment that proudly prohibits firearms with obnoxiously obvious stickers on their front doors. Your life might just depend upon it. |
