| Follow Up: Alaska Pre-emption Law Goes Into Effect |

As was reported here back in September (Alaska has familiar problem), Alaska recently passed a pre-emption bill to standardize gun laws across the state. That legislation goes into effect this week, making Alaska the 44th state to have such a law on the books. The Ohio legislature is currently considering HB 347, which would include reform to make Ohio the 45th state to outlaw patchworked gun laws. |
