As a follow up to the announcement yesterday that HB347 is on next Tuesday's Criminal Justice Committee hearing:

  • This will be opponent testimony
  • The hearing will be in room 121, not 112
  • The meeting will begin at 2:30pm
  • There are four bills ahead of HB347
  • Two of those are sponsor testimony
  • One of them is "anyone" and may be voted on by the committee
  • The fourth is proponent only testimony.
