Jim Petro To Announce Running Mate Monday |

Gubernatorial candidate Jim Petro has scheduled a press conference Monday to announce his running mate.
Petro had previous selected Hamilton County commissioner Phil Heimlich, but Heimlich removed his name from the ticket to run for re-election.
While the Petro camp has been silent on the selection, it is expected that he will choose between frontrunner Senator Joy Padgett of Coshocton, Senator Gary Cates from West Chester, or Senator Patricia Clancy of Cincinnati.
