Sub HB347 has passed in the Ohio House by a 76-19 margin. This "fix-it" legislation will now pass on to the Senate, where a sister bill is already in consideration. While certain big fixes were removed in committee (such as partial closure of the media access loophole), this legislation is still a good step forward for the rights of Ohioans.
