About 20 people attended the first program of the newly formed Oberlin Student Rifle Association. As guests of the OSRA, OFCC Vice President Bryan Torok and Director-At-Large Daniel White spoke about the history of concealed carry reform in Ohio and what lies ahead. Misconceptions were a key topic as OFCC relayed facts to counter the rhetoric of the anti-gun crowd. Also covered were overall law enforcement opinions regarding armed citizens and the benefits of choosing to protect yourself with a firearm. OFCC would like to thank the Oberlin Student Rifle Association for inviting us to this event, and we wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors. |
