Ohioans For Concealed Carry is pleased to announce the endorsement of Timothy Evans for Common Pleas Judge in Butler County, District 3.

Tim's background shows that he is very qualified for the position of Common Pleas Judge, and his past involvement with sporting clubs and firearms training shows by actions, his support of Second Amendment issues.

He has been a Life Member of the NRA since 1971 and has been the President or Vice-President of the Butler County Sportsmens Club for twenty years.

In addition he is also a member of the Fairfield Sportsmens Club and is a
member of the Isaac Walton League.

He has been a volunteer Hunter Safety Instructor for the Ohio Division of Wildlife for eighteen years and has been Chief Instructor at numerous Hunter Safety Courses which were taught at various locations in the area.

Tim is also an NRA instructor who has taught Concealed Carry Classes to members of the Isaac Walton League, the Butler County Sportsmens Club, and others.  He did so on a volunteer basis with all proceeds benefiting either the Isaac Walton League or the Butler County Sportsmens Club. In the time since Ohio's concealed carry law has been in effect, Tim has organized and run these CCW Classes helping well over 200 area residents to meet the requirements for their Ohio Concealed Carry license.

Tim has practiced law for over thirty years. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, United States District Court of the Southern District of Ohio, the United States Tax Court.

He also sits as an acting Judge in Hamilton Municipal Court and has tried numerous cases both as an attorney and as a Judge.

Tim is rated as "Highly Recommended" by the Butler County Bar Association.

He has been endorsed by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 166 and the Teamsters Local 100.

Tim is also endorsed by the NRA.
