Ohio Governor Ted Strickland is scheduled to sign SB 184 Tuesday, June 10 between 1-2 PM. OFCC Coordinator Gary Witt, who testified on behalf of the bill, will be in attendance at the signing ceremony to represent us. This will set the 90 day clock to make the new laws go into effect on September 9, 2008. Be sure to follow all current laws until that time. |
