It Passed: Substitute HB274 was voted on today in a special meeting of the Civil and Commercial Law sub-committee. By a vote of 4-1 (Rep. Ed Jerse, D-14 being the hold out) the bill passed and was sent back to the full CCL committee which will likely meet and discuss this issue next Tuesday at 9:30am. (to be confimed by Friday).
At this point we've been told all of Rep. Jerse's anti-gun amendments were either voted down or tabled, which is a victory for lawful Ohioans!
