It started yesterday when the Cleveland Plain Dealer ran a frontpage story about the Hamilton County Lawsuit telling a sensational story of the presiding Judge's wife being the victim of violent crime twelve years ago.
Today, the same efforts to discredit the Judge's ability to impratially rule in this lawsuit are being run in stories by

The Dayton Daily News.
Toby Hoover, an anti-gun ring leader was quoted in the AP article: It certainly sounds like he may have some personal things there connected with his judgment, Hoover said. That goes back to our feeling that this is not something for a judge to decide.
