The Second Amendment Foundation has declared today's ruling by the Hamilton County Appellate Court a victory.
Although the oral arguments are to be presented on March 20th, the stay was modified to expire on April 10th at 9:00 AM The reason mentioned in the ruling was to "maintain the status quo during the pendency of this appeal, allowing the legislature to address the issue..."
