| The Cleveland Plain Dealer article quotes Jeff Garvas of OFCC and John Gilchrist director of the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police. Mr Gilchrist said that the bill would permit firing a gun in Columbus City limits. If he would read lines 24 through 28 of this 32 line bill he would know that was incorrect. |
