The Associated Press has coverage of the Appeals Court hearing today in Cincinnati. We'll likely have more details to follow later in the day as today and tommorrow are expected to be dominated by the lawsuit and concealed carry legislation in the CCL Committee.
UPDATE: As of 12:00 noon the CCL committee has supposedly defeated or tabled four of Rep. Ed Jerse's extremely anti-gun amendment efforts. Our last update suggests Ed. Jerse is pushing to ban concealed carry in hospitals right now. Stay tuned for updates all day.
