HB274 was voted out of the House Civil & Commercial Law Committee at approximately 12:30 this afternoon. All anti-gun amendment efforts by Rep. Ed. Jerse were defeated in the committee. The nature of amendments made to the bill in favor of concealed carry is still not clear.
This means Concealed Carry Legislation in the Ohio House is moving forward and can be put on the House Floor as early as tommorrow at 1:00pm.
