Ohioans For Concealed Carry expects the First District Court Of Appeals to issue a ruling on the Concealed Carry Lawsuit pending in that court Wednesday Morning at 11:00AM.
As you may recall, the lower court ruled that Ohio's law violates three fundamental rights protected by the Ohio Constitution: Due Process, Equal Protection, and the right to bear arms for self-defense. Be sure to check our website Wednesday or sign up for ccw-alert to stay on top of this issue. The court's original stay (temporarily nullifying our injunction) expires at 9:00 AM Wednesday morning, while their ruling is not expected until 11:00 AM -- This is not legal advice, and OFCC suggests you not carry a firearm because of this possible oversite by the court |
