From The Cincinnati Post -- Sure, it's the same judge that ruled in our favor in the Common Pleas Court, but this is a significant announcement.
The courts are going to start realizing that enforcing an unconstitutional law is not what they should be doing. The defense lawyer in this case suggested he will consider appealing every previous concealed carry lawsuit he has lost! |
