The following news update was submitted to OFCC from Chuck Klein, the lead plaintiff in the Hamilton County CCW lawsuit:
Because the Ohio Supreme Court has NOT decided the simple motion by the City of Cincinnati to allow outside counsel, we (the Plaintiff's) have, in order to move the case along, agreed to allow outside counsel
