Fox News has an article about court filings where Solicitor General Theodore Olson affirming the individual right to keep and bear arms, subject (of course) to resonable limits. The Washington Post has a similar article on the same subject. This reinforces the administration's position as stated by Attorney General John Ashcroft last November. |
