It's not just a book distirbuted by JPFO, Dial 911 & Die can be a stark reality. If you've ever wondered how badly 911 can fail, here is a perfect example of human error. This 911 Transcript from Anchorage Alaska details the 48 minutes a woman spent on the phone begging for medical assistance.
Her husband was dead one floor below, both of them shot by his mistress. The 911 system had a bad address for the house, but the dispatchers refused to listen to the caller and constantly lied to her about their arrival. Only 40 some minutes into the call were they willing to ask for directions and believe her. In the very end, they even encouraged the caller to scream, as if the police officers would hear her from many streets away.
