The article said that one of the victims retrieved a handgun and shot the female home invader in the leg in self-defense. It's time Ohio Attorney General Betty Montgomery realizes that intrusions and violent robberies in occupied homes are definitely on the rise in Ohio. Lawful citizens need to be guaranteed that they will not be charged with a crime when defending their lives and their homes against violent attackers. More important, Gov.
