Ohioans For Concealed Carry, Inc. is organizing an official petition counting. We need volunteers who are members of the organization to help us out this Saturday, February 17th. We'll be getting together around 9:15am and starting by or before 10am. The location is in southern Cuyahoga County and northern Summit County near I77 and I80 (Ohio Turnpike). I'm bringing donuts, drinks, and maybe even coffee. If you want to come help you need to read the rest of this story... The following provisions may seem extreme, but we have our own reasons for imposing them. The petition counting process is a closed meeting.

Requirements:

  • You must be an OFCC member to attend and help. (No guests)
  • no cameras, no recording devices of any kind.
  • No members of the media will be permitted in the room without prior permission from the OFCC board.
  • Bring photo identification so we know you're really a member and didn't pick a name off the mailing list ;-)

If you are interested in attending please send email to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it so we can send you directions.

OFCC is providing free donuts and drinks. If we stay past lunch time we'll even order in a pizza.

Stonewall shooting range is located just 5-10 minutes away from the meeting location and is open to the public. Range time is approximately $10 per person per lane, or $12 per "team" with one shooting at a time. Groups can share a lane by allowing only two people in the range at a time per lane. Anyone interested in shooting after the meeting may see me there :-)

NOTE: We don't know how long this might take. The more people that show up, the faster we can do this. The process has a few steps, involves counting, writing, and simple math. We have the space we're securing between 9am and 4:30pm, but we hope to be out of their sooner!
