Printed Sunday was a really well written article by Spencer Hunt of the Enquirer. This article interviews one of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, and the role Maureen O'Connor is expected to play in the success. Anyone who followed the 2002 elections in Ohio knows that O'Connor's campaign focused on interpreting the law and the constitution for what they say, not what you'd like them to say. Should the 2002 elections result in a Supreme Court that rules based on constitutional law instead of legislating from the bench, the outlook for Klein v. Leis is promising. Unfortunately, only time will tell.
