FLASH: CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGE TO OHIO'S BAN AGAINST CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPONS TO BE HEARD BY HIGH COURT The Ohio Supreme Court has scheduled oral arguments April 15th in a lawsuit from Hamilton County seeking to overturn as unconstitutional a state law which prohibits the carrying of concealed weapons.
