Toledo Channel 11 - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is mounting their offense against carrying a firearm in your motor vehicle when House Bill 12 passes.
Ohioans For Concealed Carry feels that this is an extremely flawed and unconstitutional position.
Concealed carry reform has been debated in Ohio for nearly a decade. Bills never made it out of the Legislature last year because the House and Senate couldn't resolve their differences over this issue. |
